Step 1 :

Open desktop chrome search site that you want to create website shortcut on the desktop.

Step 2 :

Then Go to chrome settings that is located at right hand with 3 dots.

Click on that

Step 3 :

Then Click on More Tools.

Step 4 :

Then click on CREATE SHORTCUT.

Step 5 :

Click on Create.

That's it

Hurry!! You have successfully created a website shortcut on the desktop.
